When people engage with you as potential customers, what they're really looking for are results. What does your training business promised them? What can your training business deliver to them? If they pay money what return on investment do they get?

I have made the mistake of throwing up a website and hoping that people find the way to my door. I've put time and money into a nice design and a website with great functionality only to find that it doesn't really deliver anything.

So that's the first realisation. People are not interested in your website. They're not really interested even in your products or services are they?

What they're interested in is results. What they are asking is this: if I take this leap of faith in you and bring you in to my company and stand you up in front of my people, how do I know that you will deliver? Where is the proof?

It's that last question that's crucial to answer. The best proof that your training programs get results is proof that your training programs get results. What better proof than a case-study.
